Q: I have called you multiple times in the last month & you keep saying that an attorney will reach out to me but I haven't heard back from any one? 

A:(Check history tab to confirm if a completed form has been previously submitted, if no, ask TL to check user report to confirm the same) In the case wherein either Five9 or Market hub show a previously submitted completed form, politely inform the lead that we have already sent the information to the attorneys & unfortunately there is nothing more that we would be able to do at this time. Dispose the call as duplicate lead.
