If the lead was found at fault for the accident - Do not take the lead 
If the other party was found at fault for the accident- Lead should be submitted under MVA. 
(Note: Uber/Lyft drivers are considered as independent contractors & are hence not eligible for worker's compensation benefits. If the lead is working for any food delivery apps such as Uber Eats, Doordash, etc., these leads also do not qualify for workers compensation as they hire people on a contract/commission basis.)
