• When the victim says that their company has covered medical expenses, including bills for physical therapy or chiropractic treatment but the victim is looking for further financial compensation from the company, you can proceed with the lead.

For Example: The victim says that worker's compensation paid for his surgery and physical therapy bills but he is out of work now and is seeking further financial assistance through workers comp. Earlier, we would disqualify such leads but we can submit them now as per the revised process.

Please note: You cannot upfront prompt or suggest to the victim whether they are looking for further financial compensation for Workers Comp and the victim has to say this first on the call.
