Q: Can we take personal injury claims that occurred outside the United States?

A: Politely inform the lead that we do not have an attorney who can help with this claim at this time.

Q: What are some of the states within the Unites States that we do not take leads for?

A: Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico

Q: I have called you multiple times in the last month & you keep saying that an attorney will reach out to me but I haven't heard back from any one?

A: (Check history tab to confirm if a completed form has been previously submitted, if no, ask TL to check user report to confirm the same) In the case wherein either Five9 or Market hub show a previously submitted completed form, politely inform the lead that we have already sent the information to the attorneys & unfortunately there is nothing more that we would be able to do at this time. Dispose the call as duplicate lead.

Q: Who will my attorney be? Can I have the name of the attorney that will be calling me?

A: I completely understand your interest in knowing who will be reaching out. At this stage, we aren’t able to disclose the name of the attorney in advance. However, please rest assured that you’ll be contacted by qualified legal support who specializes in your type of case. They’ll introduce themselves properly when they call and will be happy to
answer any questions you may have.

Q. How much can I get for my damaged vehicle/property in addition to my injuries?

A: That’s a great question. Right now, I don’t have the exact details on the value of your property damage or injuries. However, this is definitely something you can discuss directly with the legal team when they contact you. They’ll be able to review your case and give you a clearer picture based on the specifics.

Q. The police report says I am at fault, but I don’t think I am. What do I do to prove I am not at fault?

A: Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to help in this situation. But you still have the right to question the report. You might consider gathering any photos, witness statements, or other proof, and reaching out to the police department to dispute the findings.

OR

While we’re unable to move forward with your case based on the police report, that doesn’t mean you're out of options. We suggest reaching out to a traffic attorney or contacting the department that issued the report to see if it can be challenged or amended.

Q. I am not injured, but my property is damaged. Can you help me?

A: I understand—dealing with property damage can be stressful. Our team mainly handles injury-related claims, and most car accident attorneys are personal injury specialists. If there’s no injury involved, it’s usually best to work directly with your insurance company to resolve the property damage.

OR

I’m really sorry to hear about the damage to your property. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to help unless there was also an injury involved. That said, your insurance company should be your next stop—they’re typically the ones who help with property-only claims.

OR

We mainly work on injury cases, and while property damage is sometimes included, it usually needs to be connected to an injury. If you’re not injured, your best bet would be to speak with your insurance company, as it’s unlikely a lawyer would take a property-only case.

Q. Will the attorney represent me for my property damage as well as my injuries?

A: I completely understand your concern. While many attorneys prioritize injury claims, some do offer support with property damage too. The attorney who contacts you will go over everything and let you know what they can assist with.

OR

That’s something that really depends on the attorney and the details of your case. Once they review everything, they’ll let you know what they can help with—including whether they can handle the property damage portion.

Q. My aunt/family member/friend was driving the car and I was injured, and the wreck might be her fault. I don't want to sue my aunt.

A: I understand your concern. Injury claims are typically filed against the driver’s insurance—not the person directly. No one is being personally sued. For more details, the legal support team can best explain how this works in your case.

OR

That’s completely understandable—many people are in the same position when a family member is involved. The good news is that the claim would typically go through insurance. But to give you the most accurate information, I’d recommend bringing this up with legal support—they’ll guide you through the next steps and what to expect.

Q. If you are asked a question you don’t know the answer to, what should you say?

A: “That’s a great question. I want to make sure you get the most accurate information. This is something legal support can explain better when they speak with you.”

Q. I’m located in Grapevine/XYZ. Will I be working with a local attorney? I don’t want to waste my time if they’re not local.

A: I understand. We have a network of attorneys across the U.S. and will do our best to connect you with local legal support.

Q. How much will my settlement be? Can you give me an estimate?

A: It’s too early to give an estimate without knowing the full extent of your injuries and treatment. Your attorney and their team will discuss potential case value with you as more details become clear.

Q. Why do I need an attorney? Can’t I just settle and get money now?

A:

  • You only get one chance to settle your case. An attorney helps ensure all your legal
  • damages—medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering—are fully accounted for. They make sure
  • the insurance company’s offer is fair and reflects your true situation.

Q. I’ve already spoken to multiple attorneys who couldn’t help me. What’s different about your attorney?

A:  Every firm has its own criteria, and case reviews can vary. Our network is broad, and we’ll do our best to match you with someone who may see your case differently. It’s always worth a second look by the right legal team.

Q. The other person didn’t have insurance. How can you help me?

A:  It can still be worth exploring your options. In some cases, there may be other sources of coverage—like uninsured motorist insurance or third-party liability. The attorney will review the  details and let you know what can be done.

Q.  Will my employer be notified? I don’t want to sue them or risk losing my job. (Worker’s Comp)

A: Since this is just an initial consultation to explore your options, no one will be notified yet. Legal Support will explain your options & how the process works, hereafter, it’s completely your choice whether to move forward or not.

Q I don’t want to move forward without discussing this with my husband/son/etc.

A:  That’s completely understandable. This initial consultation is just a chance to understand yourl legal options—there’s no commitment required right away. We encourage you to speak with your family before making any decisions. Once you’re ready, the attorney will be there to help guide you through the next steps.

Q. How can an attorney help if the other person wasn’t identified and I don’t have any of their Information?

A:  It’s still worth speaking with an attorney. In some cases, you may have coverage through your own insurance—like uninsured motorist protection. The attorney can review the details and let you know if there are any possible options, even without the other party’s info.

Q. I’m usually at work at this time. How will I know if the attorney is calling? I don’t want to miss it.

A:  The attorney or their office will usually call from an unfamiliar number, so please keep an eye out for that. If you miss the call, don’t worry—they’ll try again or leave a message. You can also let us know the best time to reach you, and we’ll pass it along.
