Short Calls 

Call Disposition 

Description 

Abusive User 

The client uses abusive language towards you. 

Blank Call 

Call under 15 sec without any response from the victim 

Call Drop 

Any call less than 5 secs 

Completed Form 

Calls that we have submitted the survey 

DNQ - Already has an Attorney 

I already have an Attorney / I have someone looking into this 

DNQ - At Fault 

The victim was found at fault for the accident by the police 

DNQ - Insurance Settled 

The victim has settled independently or received compensation from the insurance company/signed paperwork with insurance stating won't pursue this further. 

DNQ - No Injury 

The victim was involved in an accident but did not have any injury 

DNQ - Not in an Accident 

I was not involved in an accident | I didn't fill up any survey 

DNQ - SOL 

The case has passed the statutes of limitation of that state 

DNQ - No Cancer 

The victim has developed illness other than cancer/Victim does not have cancer 

DNQ - Wrong Cancer Type 

Developed cancer other than those mentioned on the survey page 

DNQ - Zantac Under 3 months 

Zantac used less than 3 months 

Disconnected Number 

IVR says the number has been disconnected 

Do Not Call Request 

Do not call me anymore / Remove this number from your list / Stop calling here (Also applicable if speaking to a third party)/Place of business. 

The phone number you dialed belongs to a minor. 

Duplicate lead 

60 days email error / Lead was previously tagged as completed form, 

If calling back for a dual lead & you reach voicemail/user hangs up/call drops etc 

Fax Tone 

Fax Tone 

Language Barrier 

Victim requests to speak to someone in another language. 

Not Interested 

The victim is not interested in seeing if they qualify for a compensation review/Victim does not want to be contacted by an attorney in our network(No to consent). 

Not Registered Number 

Unknown number calling / Client name does not appear on interactions page 

Prank Caller 

The caller is repeatedly calling with different cases/the caller does not provide legitimate details/Caller is playing a prank. 

User Hung up 

Calls above 5 secs wherein the victim is speaking to you and he/she disconnects 

User Requested Call Back Later 

Third-party says victim not available / Victim requests to call him/her later. 

Voicemail 

When you hear "please leave msg"/When you hear a 'beep' at the start of the call followed by silence/ Continuous ringing less than 15 Sec 

Wrong Number 

Third-party says "wrong number" or "No one by that name lives here."
