If the lead is a passenger in a bus and the bus collides with another vehicle, such claims will be submitted under MVA, irrespective of who was at fault for the accident.

For Example :
1)  The lead is a passenger in a bus and the bus runs a red light and hits a car. This lead will be submitted under Car Accident even though the bus driver was clearly at fault for the accident.
2)  The lead is a passenger in a bus and the bus was hit by an 18-wheeler truck. This lead will be submitted under Trucking Accident.

Note: Single-vehicle bus accidents will still be submitted under ‘Personal Injury- Transit Accident’.
