Probing Questions for Agents ✅ Example Probing Questions:

In some cases, a lead may state that the police report initially found them at fault, but they challenged it in court and the judge ruled that they were not at fault. However, if the police report has not been revised and still shows the lead as at fault, we cannot take the lead.

Similarly, if the lead received a ticket for causing the accident but the judge dismissed it, yet the police report still states the lead is at fault, we cannot take the lead.

⚠️ Note: The legal judgment does not override the police report unless the report itself is officially updated.

Probing Questions for Agents

Agents must probe further when a lead claims they were initially found at fault but later cleared in court. The goal is to confirm whether the police report has been updated.

✅ Example Probing Questions:

“I understand the judge ruled in your favor. Has the police report been officially updated to reflect that?”

“Does the police report now state that you were not at fault, or does it still list you as at fault?”

“Did you receive any official document confirming that the police report has been corrected?”

📌 If the police report still states the lead is at fault, the lead cannot be taken.
