• When victims state that they were on worker's compensation, but either the compensation was insufficient or has stopped, and they express interest in seeking legal counsel to pursue proper compensation, you can proceed with the lead.

For Example, The victim says that she was receiving weekly payments for worker’s compensation for some time but the payments have stopped but she has not recovered fully yet and is seeking further financial assistance through workers comp. Earlier, we would disqualify such leads but we can submit them now as per the revised process.

Please note: You cannot upfront prompt or suggest to the victim whether they are looking for further financial compensation for Workers Comp and the victim has to say this first on the call.
