• When the victim has received compensation for lost wages related to a workplace injury, you can proceed with the lead.

For Example: The victim says that her company paid her lost wages for the injury but she is seeking further financial assistance through workers comp. Earlier, we would disqualify such leads but we can submit them now as per the revised process.

Please note: You cannot upfront prompt or suggest to the victim whether they are looking for further financial compensation for Workers Comp and the victim has to say this first on the call.
